- Maintains service shop in good condition.
- Assists service leadman on quality control to avoid back jobs.
- Maintains immediate work area clean and safe.
- Keeps facilities, equipment and manuals (tools, testers, lifters) in good repair.
- Maintains an effective workshop flow and safety.
- Ensures proper distribution of repair orders for technicians.
- Evaluates and recommend training for all service technicians.
