Implements and achieve the approved daily, monthly and annual targets in terms of : Units Received, Labor Sales and Labor Sales per RO
Closely coordinates with the Aftersales Directors in ensuring compliance to prescribed service standards: reception, workshop and releasing
Ensures well managed service workshop as indicated by the individual performance of the Service Technicians and Service Advisors based on: SA Productivity; SA Charging Utilization; Technician Productivity; and Technician Efficiency
Regularly reviews parts inventory to ensure minimum stocking level at any given time and avoid significant percentage of obsolescence over total inventory
Review and monitors the status of Work-in-Progress (WIP) units including all open Repair Order that requires immediate action.
Ensures that all invoices are properly reviewed prior to releasing. Avoid any situation of unbilled service, parts installed, surcharge, etc.
Regularly review inventory level to avoid over-stocking or under-stocking
